Varieties : 60 % Grenache, 20 % Syrah, 10 % Vieux
Carignan and 10 % Cinsaut 

Alcool : 15 %

Yields : 20 hl average

agriculture type : traditionnal with respect to nature.
No herbicide used

Harvesting : Manual with double sorting

vinification : Traditionnal vinification with pre fermenting
maceration. Temperature controlled.

Malolactic Fermentation : Yes

Aging  : 12 Months in concrete tanks

Domain Lab : Natoli and Coe / Inter Rhône

Agronomy adviser : Christophe Grelier

Œnologists : Jean Natoli, Mathieu Lequeux

Tasting : Rich red colour. A well developped nose with notes of black fruits enhanced with cocoa and licorice.
Generously and harmoniously full bodied.

Food and wine : Marries well with red meats and with braised and stewed beef.

Service temperature : 17° - 18 °c

Cellar aging : 5 to 7 Years
